Criminal arrests

Impersonation – Jerry Don Brooks Jr., 56, of the 300 block of North Columbus Avenue, Medford. He was arrested by Medford police on Sunday for identity theft and misdemeanors. Brooks was released on his own recognizance.

Illegal use of weapons — Joshua Scott Francis, 28, of Cedar Street, Rogue River. He was arrested Saturday by Medford police for unlawful use of a weapon and misdemeanors. Francis was released on his own recognizance.

Assault – Stephanie M. Gudaitus, 35, no address given, Medford. She was arrested by Medford police. She was arrested on Sunday for attempted first-degree assault, second-degree assault and multiple misdemeanors. Gudaitus was incarcerated in Jackson County Jail on $25,000 bond.

Criminal Mischief – James Michael Jones, 34, no address given, Medford. He was arrested by Medford police on Saturday for first-degree criminal mischief and misdemeanor. Jones was released on his own recognizance.

Theft – Mariah Ann Richards, 29, of the 1000 block of Royal Avenue, Central Point. She was arrested Saturday by Central Point police for failing to report for two counts of second-degree robbery. Richards was taken to Jackson County Jail on $50,000 bond.

Criminal Mischief – Jonathan David Stowe, 40, of reported address, Medford. He was arrested by Medford police on Saturday for misdemeanor and first-degree felony charges. Stowe was taken to Jackson County Jail on $50,000 bond.

Assault on Officer – Angela Rene Vasquez, 22, no address given, Medford. She was arrested by Medford police on Sunday for assault on a peace or public safety officer and misdemeanors. Vasquez was taken to Jackson County Jail on $35,000 bond.

Criminal Mischief – Joseph Suede Bianchi, 27, no address given, Ashland. He was arrested by Phoenix police on Monday for first-degree misdemeanor and misdemeanor charges. No bail information was available.

Unauthorized vehicle use – Jorge Cabrera, 28, no address given, Medford. He was arrested by Medford police on Sunday for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and misdemeanors. Cabrera was released on his own recognizance.

Burglary – Cassie Jane Cavagnaro, 33, no address given, Medford. She was arrested Monday by Jackson County Sheriff’s Deputies for failing to show up for a first-degree burglary and Eagle Point police for failing to show up for one count of burglary in the first and second degree. Cavagnaro was held on $75,000 bond.

Assault – Nicholas Allen Cook, 43, of the 1500 block of Poplar Drive, Medford. He was arrested Monday by Medford police on charges of fourth-degree assault involving domestic violence and misdemeanors. Cook was taken to Jackson County Jail on $25,000 bond.

Mail Theft – Dominic Agapito Earl Fletes, 20, of the 1600 block of Whitman Avenue, Medford. He was arrested Monday by Medford police on charges of stealing mail and misdemeanor. Fletes is being held without bond at the Jackson County Jail for other offenses.

Contraband – Edward Andreas Jacobson, 34, no address given, Ashland. He was arrested by Ashland Police for supplying contraband and misdemeanors. Jacobson is released on his own recognizance.

Theft – Bria Jill Anderson, 31, of the 3700 block of Southeast Carnes, Roseburg. She was arrested Tuesday by Jackson County sheriff’s deputies for failing to show up for first-degree larceny and misdemeanor charges. No bail information was available.

Burglary – David Matthew Burns, 37, of the 500 block of South Fourth Street, Central Point. He was arrested Monday by Central Point police for first-degree burglary, first-degree larceny and unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance. Burns was taken to Jackson County Jail on $5,000 bond.

Assault – Andrew Charles Davis, 41, no address given, Medford. He was arrested by Medford police on Tuesday for second-degree assault and unlawful use of a weapon. Davis was taken to Jackson County Jail on $100,000 bond.

Arson – Daniel Jerome Haas, 37, no address given, Medford. He was arrested by Medford police on Tuesday for second-degree arson, misdemeanor and violation of probation. Haas was taken to Jackson County Jail on $60,000 bond.

Constraint — Enrique Hernandez-Villa, 38, of Kenwood Avenue, Medford. He was arrested by Medford police on Tuesday for coercion and misdemeanors. Hernandez-Villa was released on his own recognizance.

Drugs – Michael James O’Neill, 37, of the 300 block of Oak Street, Phoenix. He was arrested Monday by Jackson County Sheriff’s Deputies on one count of unlawful delivery and possession of heroin, one count of unlawful possession and delivery of methamphetamine, misdemeanor and violation of probation. O’Neill was taken to Jackson County Jail on $47,500 bond.

Drugs – Taylor Dianne Smith, 25, of the 800 block of Hillview Drive, Ashland. She was arrested Monday by Jackson County sheriff’s deputies for failing to report for illegal delivery of heroin and misdemeanors. Smith was released on her own recognizance.

Fugitive Warrant – Marcus Antonio Valdez, 25, of the 1100 block of Oak Street, Ashland. He was arrested by Ashland police on Monday on a California fugitive warrant. Valdez is being held without bond in the Jackson County Jail.

Constraint — Dakota Lee Walker, 29, of the 100 block of North Main Street, Ashland. He was arrested by Medford police on Tuesday for coercion and misdemeanors. Walker was taken to Jackson County Jail on $27,500 bond.

Fugitive warrant – Jennifer Ann Achuleta, 39, no address given, Ashland. She was arrested Wednesday by Jackson County sheriff’s deputies on a fugitive warrant issued in California. Archuleta is being held without bond in the Jackson County Jail.

Strangulation – Avisai Cardena-Torres, 38, of the 700 block of South Riverside Avenue, Medford. He was arrested by Medford police on Wednesday for strangulation related to domestic violence, multiple misdemeanors and violations. Cardena-Torres was taken to Jackson County Jail on $65,000 bond.

Drugs — Robert Ray Griffith, 42, of Hornbrook, Calif. He was arrested by Oregon State Police on Wednesday on one count of illegal delivery of heroin and methamphetamine as well as misdemeanors. Griffith was released on his own recognizance.

Illegal possession of firearms – Paul K. Hedges, 900 block of South Valley View, Ashland. He was arrested Tuesday by Jackson County Sheriff’s Deputies for unlawful possession of a prohibited firearm or silencer and a misdemeanor. Hedges was released on his own recognizance.

Drugs – Moises Rodriguez-Regaldo, 32, of the 400 block of Haven Street, White City. He was arrested by Medford police on Wednesday for failing to report for unlawful possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanors and probation violations. Rodriguez-Regaldo was taken to Jackson County Jail on $27,500 bond.
