First NBC5 weather warning

Regular rain and sleet will ease in the morning, although a few showers are still possible in the afternoon. The sun can break out in the late afternoon and evening! The weekend is by no means a wash, but it won’t be totally dry. Saturday will feature widespread showers most of the day. Southern Vermont could get in some sunshine by the end of the day. Sunday will be drier, but there will be a chance for instant showers with a few sunny breaks in between. Next week has the potential to warm up considerably, but this is highly dependent on the position of a blocked frontal boundary. We’ll iron out the details as we get closer! Right now, the 50s and 60s are likely. Follow the weather team on Facebook: Tyler Jankoski | Ben Frechette | Caitlin Napoleoni | Matt DiLoreto
