Remnants of early showers Tuesday morning, but overall much quieter

More severe weather is possible mid-week



happy tuesday everyone. Meteorologist Robert Sir, we’re going to do a quick update on your forecast. If you wake up early on Thursday morning. Now the good news is that while many of us slept, most activity left the area to the east, affecting parts of central and eastern Arkansas. So as we go through the early hours of the morning we’ll continue to see the rain really start to taper off and stop basically ending the severe threat which is certainly good news around five morning hours, just a scattered *** shower or two. Look at growing 49 which is nice and comfortable The lower 50s average for upper 50s in Northwest Arkansas and some *** lower 60s at five o’clock in the morning on Tuesday morning. As the morning progresses, we will continue to see things cool down until the sun rises. Many of you are heading to Workers School on Tuesday morning we will see temperatures in the upper 40s, mid 50s in Northwest Arkansas, then through the morning still plenty of cloud cover until lunch time, temperature should bounce back well into the upper 50s and lower 60s. Now the good news is that Tuesday should be a much, much, much calmer day, without looking *** a serious threat. It’s a bit of a calm before our next bout of severe weather, which is coming here maybe Wednesday, Wednesday night and Thursday morning, those are our next severe days you can see there’s more rain and thunderstorms certainly possible. Once these are over, things start to change. We will see plenty of sunshine as we head into your Friday and weekend. However, notice how the temperatures really start to warm up in the mid-80s in northwestern Arkansas. By the time we get to next Monday it’s about 10 degrees above average for where we should be River Valley, about the same with these harsh days, both Wednesday and Thursday, then the sun returns just in time for everyone to enjoy the weekend. But my gracious God! Look at those high temperatures on Sunday and Monday well above average in the upper eighties. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone saw their first 90-degree reading of the young year early next week.
