The Met Office Reading weather forecast for the coming week calls for temperatures of 22C

Reading should see cloudy skies, but it will be sunny and warm – according to the latest weather forecast. The city of Berkshire is starting the week (Monday May 8) with a bang as temperatures peak at 22C.

Temperatures will drop slowly throughout the week, but are expected to remain warm. The latest Met Office weather forecast for the South East, which includes Berkshire, says the morning will be “dry and largely sunny, with patches of early morning fog clearing”.

The Met Office forecast for Monday said: “Stay dry all afternoon, but sun becomes hazy as cloud builds in. Feeling warm, with generally light winds. High temperature 22C .”

The National Weather Service said the outlook for Tuesday through Thursday will be “mostly cloudy on Tuesday with spells of rain. Dry out much of Wednesday, but clouds are rising, with rain later. Rain clears Thursday morning, but still mostly cloudy. Cooler than lately.”

Friday in Reading is expected to be very similar to the rest of the week with highs of 18C. Skies are expected to see sunny intervals turning cloudy by late morning.
